Louis was just the best! This is someone who was truly my advocate throughout the entire process. He anticipated pitfalls and navigated to avoid them before they were problematic. He made me aware of small details in the home buying process that can have consequences down the road. Louis  listened to my wants and needs and worked hard to only show me property that was relevant and desirable which saved me a lot of time. He gave me sound advice during the negotiations and ultimately, I bought a house I love for a price I was comfortable with. I felt that Louis had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I would highly recommend Louis as a buying agent and I’m confident he works the same way as a sellers agent. It’s in his character. Not just his job

This is a long overdue review. Our experience from start to finish with Rhonda was one of the best decisions we could have made when we decided we were ready to buy a home. From the moment we called her and said we are ready to buy she put us in contact with a lender so we could get qualified and  once that process was done, Rhonda was on it with finding homes that touched on what we were looking for. Because this was my 2nd time purchasing I was much more sure in what I wanted and needed for my next home. The only thing that my husband and I hadn’t made a solid commitment on was our area we wanted to be in. We knew we couldn’t afford the home we wanted in the current area we were in (Sandy Springs) and this is where Rhonda stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. She treated us like she was looking for a home for her family. Rhonda set us up on feeds and we spoke in full detail just about everyday. Rhonda literally walked over 60 homes due to our schedules to see if it was worth my husband and I taking a look. There are so many homes online that look nothing like the pictures and Rhonda weeded through all of the ones that weren’t for us. She did video tours for us if I wanted more than just pictures. I couldn’t have been happier with this woman. After a little bit of frustration with not finding exactly what we wanted and being all over the place…literally; Rhonda and Gyro basically had us come to a home in Cumming (it was a nice home), but once we realistically plugged in our routes to work and daycare we realized we needed to be looking in a different area. We went back to the drawing board, changed our location, looked at a few homes and we finally settled on “THE ONE” that felt like home. Rhonda put the offer in and after a little negotiation we were at the closing table signing away. We left out feeling like it was a dream. Even after we moved in, Rhonda called to make sure how we liked everything and little concerns we did have, she put us at ease immediately. The amount of care Rhonda put in when it came to my family…Customer Service isn’t what she gave us…She gave us more like Life Service. She was only happy if we were happy. 3 months later, my husband and I are very happy with our home decision. We love pulling into our driveway and looking at our home and knowing this is ours. Rhonda made our dreams a reality in a matter of weeks. Rhonda and Gyro were a God sent blessing and we couldn’t have asked for 2 better people to have helped us with the process. Everyone in my family loves the both of these 2…from my husband down to my 3 year old who got excited every time I said we are going to see Auntie Rhonda. If I could recommend the whole world to Rhonda and Gyro I would. This team has set the bar high and they have gone above and beyond the standard expectations. I love these 2 for Life. When we felt there was a problem or concern, It was handled in a way that made us feel very comfortable. Louis and Rhonda turned sometimes stressful situations into ones of understanding and learning.

Our transaction was a bank owned sale that had some qualifiers that were different then anything either of us had experienced before. Louis did a great job navigating through the never-seens and brought the deal to a gentle landing.
